Cathedral text updates
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring parish SMS/MMS updates from St. George Antiochian Orthodox Cathedral about services, feast days, parish events, and important announcements. Messages may be sent using automated messaging technology. Message frequency varies with parish activities, and message and data rates may apply.
Voluntary signup and confirmation
Use a mobile number you own or are authorized to use. After signup, follow the instructions sent to your phone, including replying YES when requested, to confirm your subscription. Consent is not a condition of parish membership, participation, or making a donation.
Cancel or get help
Reply STOP to cancel text updates. You may receive a final message confirming your cancellation. Reply HELP for help, or contact the Cathedral office at Office@StGMiami.org or 305-444-6541. If you wish to join again after opting out, follow the messaging service’s resubscription instructions.
Your mobile number and message delivery
If your mobile number changes or is transferred to another person, cancel the old subscription or notify the office. Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and service availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For time-sensitive questions about services, contact the office or consult the parish calendar.
Privacy
We use your subscription information for the parish messaging program and to honor your communication choices. We do not sell or rent it or share mobile numbers, opt-in records, or consent information for third-party marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process it to deliver and administer the program. See our SMS Privacy Policy for details.
Program updates
We may update the program or these terms. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. You may cancel at any time by replying STOP. Last updated September 10, 2026.
